Sometimes I will be walking around somewhere in public and I see a gorgeous girl with amazing eyes! But then I realize she is wearing the oddest color of eye shadow or eyeliner for her eye color! I will never forget the time I was in my local mall and I saw this younger girl (could be a model) she had big green eyes and she was wearing this very vibrant red shadow. Let me tell you it was not the best choice. SO I have decided I would make a chart for all the ladies who aren't sure what eye shadow they should be applying!
